Old or new kung-fu. I just need ideas and recommendations to build upon my little library. Mine would be:
1. Kung-fu Hustle
2. Iron Monkey
3. Enter the Dragon
What are 3 of your all-time favorie kung-fu movies?
Enter the dragon
The streat fighter (Sonny Chiba not Van damn)
The matrix
Reply:Kung-fu Hustle
Reply:Once Upon a Time in China
Enter the Dragon
Fong Sai-Yuk
Reply:Mortal Kombat, Kung-fu-Hustle, and The One.
2. Unleashed
3. The Crippled Masters
Reply:The Kung Fu Hustle rocks rocks rocks!! Any thing by Jackie Chan is very cool. And Unleashed made me get the hots for the Asian Populace. There's just something about a wounded seemingly helpless man that you think needs saving but then you find out that he can kick thecrap out of anyone. Sighhhh!
Reply:Enter the Dragon is the single best
Reply:1)Rumble in the Bronx. I usually dont like the kung-fu movies that feature the present. but this movie is so... cool.
2)Iron Monkey. The movie that has been made without Jet-li. You know I kinda got bored watching only Jet-li in such super-heroistic movies.
3)The Tai-chi master. but this one I really liked
If you want more then here would be my next choice
4)Romeo must die.
Reply:my all time favourite movies are
1. Matrix
2. enter the dragon
3. shanghai noon
Reply:"Fist of Legend" with Jet Li.
It wasn't that long, and still there are about 9 or so fight scenes that can bring it on.
Oh, yeah.
Reply:The One
Shanghai Noon %26amp; Knights
Lethal Weapon 4
2) Any Jet Li movie
3) House of Flying Daggers
Reply:1. Shaolin Temple ( shaw brothers, not the jet li version)
2. 8 diagram pole fighter (invincible pole fighter)
3.invincible shaolin
these are all old 1970's Kung fu classics, that are still fantastic to watch today, If you really like a kung fu movie with an excellent storyline and great fights, I would highly recommend these to anybody..they are not the most well known movies, but if you get the chace to see them, I bet you won't be disappointed
